Starfish kids

I was pretty eager to see the fabled lighthouse of Calatagan one fine summer day when my friend and I decided to make a detour to this little known piece of paradise.

I've only been to the beaches of Puerto Galera (the water is itchy in "White Beach" area), Dagupan and San Fabian in Pangasian and Isla Pulo in Navotas. But seeing the uncommercialized beauty of this strip made me feel the most blessed neophyte beachcomber.

There were barely any modern facilities around. A hammock or a papag under the tree will do to be smitten by Balitoc. Feel free to play around and forget that you're a 24-year old.

Kahit na may seagrass sa ilang bahagi, ahas-dagat, at sea urchin pa, at least alam mong the ecosystem on this part of the Philippines is still very much alive.

No artificial ingredients added kaya mas enjoy ang pagse-senti sa beach. Hehehe...

Suuuper dami nila Chinito! =.=

And the floating papag.

I miss Calatagan and the grenada fruits.
