A hot lay. A bank heist. A life-saving rescue mission. Or a sunset show like this one in San Carlos, Pangasinan (As I type in this entry, a motorcycle accident just occured outside this computer shop).

In 13 minutes, I might as well log off then head home safe.

Kermit the Frog, pal stoned to death

The ricefields looked peaceful. But that afternoon saw blood as a group of kids in this quiet farming barangay in San Carlos City, Pangasinan stoned to death unsuspecting noisy mating frogs in the area for dinner.

Assailants pounded from a bridge several stones and rocks twice as big as a quezo de bola to kill their targets. Two frogs were killed and were picked floating from a puddle.

The kids claim those kind of frog has been a regular dinner fare whenever the rainy season begins.
