The Enterprise Center meets sunshine

I really like this building. The Philippine Star art & culture columnist Paulo Alcazaren noted its design for being "techno deco" which apparently referred to the structure's vintage-look fused with modern architecture elements.

Here she is... as seen from one angle. I just stepped out of the building where I work and was heading for a chow in a nearby Jollibee when one of the towers shone like a gem under a Saturday summer morning sun.

It left me awe-strucked. x_x

you're lucky, it's prohibited to shoot buildings in Mkti

i tried to be discreet. it's saturday morning kaya wala masyadong tao. i used a small digicam for this series and that seemed to work. my shooting spree was left unnoticed by those zealous guys hehe ;-)

hehehe... kilabot ba? lolz! XD

the columnist just played up a term borrowed from the noble men of architecture: "art deco". it's a style that was immensely popular during the Roaring 20s... if u'd seen the Batman animated series, ang kapal ng impluwensya ng art deco sa disenyo ng kartun na yun. hmmm... damn... i miss Ms. Writing hehehe... dadagdagan ko pramis ko sau ha? i promise to post the photos of the demolition of the Jai-alai bldg in Taft ave some years back. i captured it on film... hence the tedious data transfer process hehehe
